His band? 30 Seconds to Mars!

Hello there! Here I am again! Tonight, the post is about one of my favorite singers lately. He has a band, that is 30 Seconds To Mars... He's an actor also... If you didn't realized who he is, I'll tell you: he is Jared Leto!

You may not have known he was an actor... or you knew he was one, but not a singer. In fact, he is both things! Lately, he hasn't been working on any movie, just dedicating all his time to his band.

30 Seconds to Mars is a band that started in 2002, but that has released their best albums these years. They have become more popular with songs like Closer to the Edge, Hurricane, Kings & Queens and This is War, all of them belonging to This is War album.

He is a good actor, isn't he? But does better as a singer. He is a very dedicated person, so is his brother. Jared is very talented playing instruments, Shannon, his brother, is too. Shannon writes some lyrics and music for the songs, so does Jared.

Jared says that the name of the band is not related to space as we think. In fact, it is related to their sound, and how it relates to each song they sing.

As an actor, the movie that is the most known is Urban Legend, that was showed for the first time 1997. It's
a horror movie, in which Jared represented a journalist that investigated different murderers. These ones were copies of some urban legends like Bloody Mary. I've seen this movie a couple times, so I can say that he did a great job with the role.

To finish this post, I may say something you didn't know... or imagine. Jared Leto is 41 years old already! Can you believe it? He looks SO young, doesn't he? When I read that, I could not believe it. Neither could my friends. He has a great voice when singing, he is very good playing the guitar and composing songs.

In conclusion, he is a complete artist, in my opinion. He is original & hardworking, and I think that these characteristics are very important in a person, don't you?

And, to finish! Here, I'm leaving 2 videos! The first one is 'The Kill', one of their most known songs. The second one, 'Up in the Air', is one of the last released, but one of my favorites.
